This system is from Dahua who are market leaders in professional grade CCTV. Both cameras have built in Smart Lights, these provide white light to the area when the camera senses the lux level drop below a level where it can no long provide a colour image.

The Smart Light can be key in identifying the colour of clothing and vehicles as well as allowing the camera to illuminate areas normally concealed in shadow.
